The HPFY Story

If you took a medical professional and a software professional, added entrepreneurial dreams, merged their talents then added years of hard work and a great team of people you would end up with HPFY Stores, a group of 20 plus health and wellness stores.

Masarrat is an engineer by profession with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Naheed has a Bachelor of Computer Science with a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications. Together they have three kids and lovingly call HPFY their fourth. They are both very passionate people who love to work, spend time with their kids, travel, and enjoy life.

To sum it up in two words would be “Good People”. Good people who care for each other and volunteer their time in the community. Talented? Absolutely, that is the sole reason we have come this far. A good mix of people from science, arts, business, accounts, healthcare, mass media, marketing and customer care - each with a unique perspective that gives us the fuel for growth. Some of us have gone through life's many challenges and risen through, some have dealt with medical problems and therefore have a deeper understanding of the challenges our customers face. We pride ourselves on being a very flexible and open company. No surprise that we have a lot of young mothers, students and part-time workers. We encourage our team to pursue higher education and accommodate their schedules. Our work from home program gives independence to young mothers and single parents who are able to take care of their kids and work. Even though we come from different backgrounds, we are all passionate about health and wellness. We believe we can make health and wellness accessible for everyone. We believe we can make a difference in the lives of our customers, our team and our community. We believe that compassion and empathy is the beginning and the end. We believe that giving and sharing happiness makes communities stronger. We believe that growing, learning and expanding horizons, makes each one of us a better and caring human being.

Our Community

As a premium online retailer offering health care products, medical supplies and home care medical equipment we know firsthand the challenges presented by physical and mental disabilities, not just for the patient but also the care givers. We know the role a community plays during tough and challenging times. We are an integral part of our community and believe in the value of giving back. In keeping with these values, we take pride in two of our social give back initiatives. First, The HPFY Scholarship, identifies two individuals every year and awards $1000 in a one time scholarship to them. The selected individual has either overcome physical or mental challenges to embrace education and the opportunities it can bring or has volunteered atleast 100 hours in their community to make a difference in the life of a person or a society. Second and the bigger one of our two initiatives is a monthly Giving Day, when we donate a perecentage of our sales to a charity we have partnered with for that month. Giving Day has helped us make a difference in various aspects of our community , one month at a time. The images below show the charities we have supported since the inception of Giving Day.


For those that grab life head on despite their disabilities and medical challenges, HPFY offers them a one time scholarship of $1000 to help them reach for their goals.
